Our  recreational class program offers a wide range of classes for beginners to advanced. We offer school age (ages 6-14) classes to introduce gymnastics and to allow students to move at their own rate to their desired level of experience. Our knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors make class challenging and fun while emphasizing the safety of the athlete.

All-Around Gymnastics offers a complete Preschool Gymnastics Program from Parent Child Classes to a Pre-K and Kindergarten age program. Our Sparklers (18 mo.-3.5 yrs.) jump, climb and swing into developmentally appropriate activities that enhance gross motor skills and help develop socialization skills. The Little Lightning (3.5yrs.-4.5yrs.) and the Shooting Stars (4.5yrs.-6yrs.) climb to new heights as they tumble and swing to new levels of fitness and gymnastics ability.

Our Competitive All-Star Cheer program offers the best in Cheerleading for the Beginner to the Advanced Athlete. Our state-of-the-Art Facility offers a safe venue for Cheerleaders to train those difficult stunts and tumbling skills. We offer Competitive Gymnastics for the serious and recreational gymnast. Our AAU team affords the opportunity to train at a lower intensity but maintain skills and attend several competitions. The USAG Team offers a higher intensity and commitment experience for those athletes who like to push their limits. More hours and a rigorous conditioning program help prepare the girls for the challenge.
